Our Founder's Vision
"I started Diganta Associate with a simple belief — every person deserves access to professional financial guidance, not just the wealthy. Our goal is to make CA, taxation, banking and financial services simple, affordable and accessible to all."
Started as a small tax consultancy in Guwahati, offering ITR filing and basic accounting services to individual clients in the Ganeshguri area.
With the rollout of GST in India, we expanded our team and services to include GST registration, GSTR filings and GST audit services for businesses across Assam.
Added Company Secretarial services — Pvt Ltd and LLP registration, MCA/ROC annual compliance, director KYC, and corporate advisory for startups and SMEs.
